Lupins are a common wild flower here, bringing a burst of purple delight to the trails and roadsides. The pictures for these were taken on a “Tequila Flame” variety. I pressed actual lupin leaves, traced and cut them out of heavy card stock, and then repeated that process onto a piece of copper. The copper “template” is what I use to trace onto silver and repeat the process. I then solder the little ring on the back that allows them to hang from ear hooks.
